Pick any retreat, choose your dates and number of guests, then check out securely online. You’ll receive a confirmation email with itinerary, packing list and host contact details within minutes.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before the start date for a full refund. Between 14 and 7 days, you’ll receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.

Each trek comes with a tailored packing list — typically broken-in hiking boots, layered clothing, a daypack and a refillable water bottle. Technical gear can be rented on-site for most programs.

Most retreats cap groups at 12 travelers to keep the experience intimate. Private and family departures are available for many destinations on request.

Yes, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and most allergy-conscious diets are accommodated at every retreat. Just let us know during booking.
